Default oilpan question

I am asking because i havent looked yet but i have to change my oil pan and i was wondering if you knew if i am going to have to remove the exhaust to install it

yea you may need a exaust gasket or 2. have fun. might as well buy new bolts too just in case you have issues. have fun

i went to do it tonight when i was installing some other things but i ran into a problem while changing brakes so ill get to it tomorrow but thanks for the help

I've changed my oilpan gasket without taking off the header. But yeah it might be better for visibility. Make sure you torque the screws just right I thinks it's 10 lbs, harder and you might split the gasket and leak.

its all good i decided to do them all at once so i got my oil pan and new exhaust on since i had got all the gaskets but thanks for the help
